A propos du rle:
Au sein du dpartement Qualit, leResponsable TechniqueAutomatisationAssurance Qualitagira titre de rfrence technique et de catalyseur dexcellence en automatisation.Il sera responsable de dfinir et de mettre en uvre la stratgie, les outils et les processus dautomatisation des tests, tout en demeurant impliqu de manire pratique.
Nous recherchons un candidat possdant une solide expertise technique et des comptences en leadership dans un environnement Agile. Le candidat guidera les membres de lquipe QA par son expertise, sa collaboration et sa capacit promouvoir une culture damlioration continue.
Responsabilitsprincipales:
- Dfinir et mettre en uvre la stratgie dautomatisation QA en lalignant sur les cas dutilisation orients produit et clients.
- valuer, concevoir et amliorer le cadre dautomatisation afin dassurer sa scalabilit, sa maintenabilit et son efficacit.
- Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matire de tests, dautomatisation et dassurance qualit.
- Diriger par lexemple travers la conception de scripts de test, lutilisation doutils, les pipelines de dploiement et les revues de code.
- Collaborer troitement avec les quipes DevOps, IVV, Logiciel et Matriel pour intgrer les concepts et outils qualit au sein des environnements CI.
- Guider et soutenir les membres de lquipe QAA dans lamlioration de leurs capacits dautomatisation et de leur approche qualit.
- Promouvoir lutilisation de mtriques et de pratiques dereportingafin daccrotre la visibilit, la traabilit et la communication des rsultats qualit.
- Faciliter les discussions techniques et encourager la collaboration inter-dpartements sur les sujets dassurance qualit et dautomatisation.
- Encadrer et former les membres de lquipe QAA pour assurer un partage de connaissances efficace.
Exigences :
- Formation :Diplme ou baccalaurat en informatique.
- Exprience :Minimum de 5 ans dexprience pratique en automatisation de tests, dont au moins 2 ans titre de chef technique.
- Comptences linguistiques :Le franais est obligatoire. La connaissance de langlais est requise pour la lecture de documentation technique disponible uniquement en anglais et pour la communication avec des clients internationaux.
Comptencestechniques :
- Excellente connaissance du cycle de vie des tests, des processus qualit, des mthodologies et des techniques de conception de tests.
- Solide exprience dans la construction et la maintenance de cadres dautomatisation de tests CI/CD (ex. : Jenkins,GitLab-CI).
- Comptences avances en script et en dveloppement deframeworks(ex. : Python/PyTest, Nose2, etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie des pratiques de lindustrie axes sur Agile et DevOps, ainsi que de lintgration des tests.
- Exprience avec les systmes de gestion de code source (GIT).
- Connaissance de la programmation oriente objet.

- Solides aptitudes en rsolution de problmes, en conception et en analyse, avec une approche crative dans des dlais critiques.

About the role :
As part of the Quality department, the Quality Assurance Automation Technical Lead will act as technical reference and catalyst for automation excellence, driving the test automation strategy, tools, and processes, while remaining hands-on.

Main responsibilities :
- Define and implement theQA automationstrategy to align with product andClients-oriented use cases
- Assess,designandenhance the automation framework to ensure scalability,maintainabilityand efficiency
- Promotebest practices in testing,automationandquality assurance
- Lead by example through hands-on test scriptdesign,tools,deploymentspipelines and code reviews

Requirements:
- Education:Degree/diploma in computer science.
- Experience:At least 5 years of hands-on test automation related experienceand at least 2 years as technicallead.
- Language skills:French is mandatory. Knowledge of English isrequiredfor reading technical documentation available only in English and for communication with international clients.
Technical skills:
- Strongknowledgeof Testing Life Cycle,Quality Processes,Methodologiesand Test Design techniques.
- Strong experience in buildingandmaintainingContinuous Integrationtest automation frameworkusing technologies such as Jenkins, Gitlab-CI.
