Customer Service Representative in our Service Department!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to customers through telephone, email, and online bookings. Your primary goal will be to deliver the highest level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries.

Earn up to
$18-24 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

You can expect to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
We're looking for someone who possesses the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
- A positive, people-first attitude with the ability to create positive interactions and quickly develop rapport with customers.
- Flexibility to handle various customer inquiries and situations in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into computer systems.
And Who Can Manage These Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls while delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing all needs and concerns and communicating effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate information about services offered.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and log all customer interactions in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are meet, and assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
