Full-Cycle Sales Representative – Calgary (Hybrid)
$3,500/month base + uncapped commissions (realistic OTE: $6,500–$7,500+)
Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH
Are you a motivated, people-first salesperson who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and owning your pipeline from start to finish? We’re looking for a talented Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary and help drive growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll manage the entire sales process—prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and post-sale support. You’ll be joining a company that values integrity, clear communication, and a consultative approach.
This is a hybrid role: four days in our Calgary office and one day working from home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Run discovery calls, deliver presentations, and tailor pitches to client needs
- Manage your pipeline end-to-end, staying organised and proactive
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with management on sales strategy and reporting
- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Full-cycle sales or strong outbound sales experience (1–3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational habits and ability to manage your own pipeline

Compensation & Benefits
- $3,500/month base salary
- Uncapped commissions, with the realistic ability to earn an additional $3,500+ per month
