Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and proceduresPrepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directorsAnalyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reportsMeet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetingsLiaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associationsLeading/instructing groupsArrange travel, related itineraries and make reservationsDetermine and establish office procedures and routinesEstablish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programsRepresent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functionsAssist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
