We are looking for an experienced Project Material Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the material and equipment needs for projects, ensuring timely delivery and availability to support construction, commissioning, and operations activities.

The Project Material Coordinator will support the management of receipt, tracking, storage, staging, and issuance of project materials and equipment arriving from suppliers and contractors to the project site.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating material delivery and storage to ensure timely availability for project activities.
- Tracking and documenting materials and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the staging and distribution of materials to meet project schedules.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory and material records.
- Collaborating with project teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve material-related issues.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or project materials management, with preference for experience supporting major projects.
- Equipment certification for telehandler and forklift is required (training can be provided upon hire).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
Work Schedule:
- 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out, 11 hours per day
