About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer with hands-on experience in building and extending intelligent agents using modern frameworks. This role involves designing agent-based systems, integrating coding agents into workflows, and ensuring observability and reliability for LLM-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI agents leveraging Claude Code/Claude Agent SDK and other agent toolkits.
- Architect and implement agent workflows for coding automation with feedback loops .
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to integrate agents into data pipelines and product features .
- Apply best practices for agent design , including understanding paradigms and extensibility.
- Implement observability and monitoring for LLM-based systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Stay current with foundation models , their differences, and emerging trends in AI agent technology.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and SAS, with version control expertise in Git.
- Deep understanding of agent building blocks, coding agent paradigms, and extension strategies.
- Familiarity with Claude Code/Claude Agent SDK and at least one other agent toolkit.
- Experience with observability tools for LLM products and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and integrating agents for automated coding workflows.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to MLOps and LLM orchestration frameworks .
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of feedback-driven agent optimization .
