Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant and services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Manage users, groups, roles, and identity policies in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS device management policies, compliance, software deployment, and security baselines.
- Support and enforce DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and security/compliance controls via Microsoft Purview.
- Monitor and respond to alerts in the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance centers.
Endpoint Management & Systems Support
- Provision, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage macOS endpoints using Jamf.
- Support ManageEngine for IT operations, inventory, and device monitoring.
- Maintain device health, patching, software updates, and security configurations.
Helpdesk & IT Operations
- Serve as a Tier 2 support escalation point for technical issues related to Microsoft services, networking, hardware, and enterprise apps.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear communication to users.
- Support onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device setup.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational processes.
AV & Meeting Room Support
- Ensure all conference room equipment (Teams Rooms, Zoom rooms, cameras, displays, microphones, speakers) are functioning properly.
- Perform routine checks, updates, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
- Provide onsite support for meetings, presentations, and live events when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration role.
- Hands-on administration experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
- Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels)
- Teams administration & meeting room devices
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS support.
- Experience with Jamf Pro (macOS management).
- Experience with ManageEngine (Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk, etc.).
- Strong understanding of identity, access management, MFA, Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks and best practices.
Preferred Certifications (Highly Advantageous)

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
