Your New Role
As a Senior Project Manager (M&A) , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as IT systems and infrastructure transformation and integration. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success while effectively communicating key issues and progress to the executive leadership team (C-Suite).
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience : 8–10 years in project management, with proven expertise in M&A projects (due diligence, integration/disintegration) and IT transformation.
- Communication Skills :
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent strongly preferred.
