Fairway Ford is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and filing paperwork as needed
• Process customer payments and handle Cash Day responsibilities
• Complete daily banking duties, including preparing deposits
• Provide general administrative support to service and sales departments
• Maintain the reception area and waiting room, ensuring cleanliness and order
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
