Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced D365 CRM Technical Lead to support a major digital transformation initiative. This role involves hands-on configuration, custom development, solution deployment, and ownership across the D365 CRM ecosystem. Ideal for someone who thrives in technical leadership and collaborative delivery environments.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong expertise in Configuration, Customizations , Plugins , JavaScript , Custom Workflows , Integration APIs , webAPI , WCF , Model-Driven Apps , and Power Automate
- Deep knowledge of the CRM Sales module
- Proven experience with Solution Deployment
- Excellent communication , collaboration , and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical efforts within the D365 CRM environment
- Develop and customize using JavaScript , Plugins , and CRM extensions
- Manage integrations using APIs, webAPI, and related technologies
- Guide and implement solution deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide analytical insights and solve technical challenges efficiently
