📍 Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative — Greater Toronto Area (On-Site, Markham, ON)

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join an excellent organization experiencing significant growth based Markham. This is a fully in-office role (5 days/week) supporting operations, sales, and marketing teams while delivering exceptional customer care. The successful candidate must have professional or native-level French proficiency and strong communication skills in both French and English.
In this role, you will be a key part of the first line of support for sales order processing and customer inquiries. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, manage adhock administrative requests, and support the Operations team while ensuring a seemless customer experience. Moreover, you will also work within their ERP system for order coordination, data accuracy, and reporting while ensuring a positive experience for clients in the medical profession.
The success candidate will be patient, highly detail-oriented, well organized, proactive in problem resolution and thrive in a fast-paced - team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter sales orders, including payment coordination within a short period of time after receiving
- Maintain data integrity within ERP tools, including customer information and training documentation
- Take incoming customer calls and emails regarding inquiries and open order status
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to confirm lead times, shipment dates, and changes to order status
- Maintain accurate record keeping for all orders and associated documentation
- Update and manage department reports according to established procedures
- Build strong rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and cross-departmental projects as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (the interview will be conducted in both languages)
- Post-secondary education (University Degree preferred)
- Strong background in customer service within the medical/ hospital environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Proven commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is considered a strong asset (candidate with this experience will be considered a better match for the role)
