The Appian Developer will design, develop, and support applications within the Creditor Ecosystem using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with Agile delivery, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and enhancements to Appian applications.
- Transform client requirements into functional Appian solutions through design, development, and testing.
- Participate in Agile software delivery, ensuring high-quality user experience and application usability.
- Lead discussions with technical and business teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components, including forms, reports, records, and REST integrations.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and maintain version control.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Appian development experience.
- Proficient with Appian platform structure, UX guidance, and best practices.
- Strong experience with REST integrations and web APIs.
- Front-end and back-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as Java, C#, Python, or .NET.
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodology.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
