The Job
- Support members in both English and French
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Liaise with partners regarding courses
- Assist with course distribution to instructors
- Review and confirm instructor designations
- Support course coordination and administration
- Ensure accurate information is uploaded to the internal database
- Jump into projects and support partnering teams when needed
What You Bring
You’re an independent self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively. You’re smart, diligent, detail-oriented, and bring:
- Fluency in English and French (native or bilingual)
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of the Quebec education system and culture (preferred)
- Experience in a post-secondary college, university, or institution (an asset)
