Our established client in Property Management is seeking a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Downtown Toronto. Roles and Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to several executives and their team
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Prepare documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
-Expense management
-Minute taking
-Event support
-Agenda preparation
-Book reservations and liaise with vendors
-Project support
-Other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting mid-senior level executives
-Must have experience working in a corporate environment/professional services
-Must be highly proficient with MS Office
-Knowledge of SharePoint is a strong asset
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Must have strong problem-solving skills
-Must have excellent client service skills
-Must be able to work well both independently and in a team
-Must be able to manage confidential information with a strong sense of discretion
