Job Description:
We are looking for L2 Network Engineers to support our data center and IT operations. The role includes handling network issues escalated from L1 support, troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls, and ensuring stable network performance.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues (L2 level)
- Support data center network operations
- Maintain and configure switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance
- Work with IT teams to resolve problems
- Working Hours: 8×5 support with on-call coverage, 24×7 support if needed.
