Senior Consultant
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise:
10+ years of experience in batch job architecture, scheduling, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of enterprise job scheduling tools (e.g., Control M, Autosys).
Proficiency in SQL performance tuning, database indexing, and query optimization.
Experience with file I/O analysis and performance profiling.
Familiarity with data replication techniques (e.g., CDC) and real time processing paradigms and Broadridge RPM
Architecture & Design:
Proven ability to analyze and refactor complex batch job ecosystems.
Experience designing scalable, fault tolerant batch and near real time processing architectures.
Understanding of infrastructure capacity planning and hardware profiling.
Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross functional teams including business, operations, and vendor SMEs.
Strong documentation and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
Ability to lead workshops and solution finalization sessions with stakeholders.
Tools & Platforms:
Exposure to Oracle DB, SAN storage, and enterprise middleware.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and log analysis platforms.
