Your New Role
As Strategy, Planning, and Analytics Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and financial planning for a key business unit. You’ll lead the strategic planning cycle, from current-state assessments to long-term strategy development, budget alignment, and performance tracking.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conducting scenario modeling, variance analysis, and ROI evaluations for major projects.
- Building business cases for new opportunities, including market expansion and M&A.
- Managing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
- Preparing executive-level materials for strategic reviews and capital planning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- MBA or relevant graduate degree (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or a similar role.
- Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning expertise.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and SQL/Python is an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Legal ability to travel between the U.S. and Canada as required.
