🌟 What You’ll Do
- Build and mentor a high-performing applied research team
- Transform state-of-the-art AI and LLM research into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to define and execute an ambitious AI strategy.
- Oversee ML infrastructure and LLMOps platforms to ensure fast, reliable, and responsible AI delivery.
- tay ahead of emerging technologies and share insights across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven track record of bringing research to production — you’ve translated novel AI or NLP research into scalable, customer-facing products.
- Proven leadership experience developing high-performing, collaborative technical teams.
- Technical depth in modern AI technologies , such as LLM fine-tuning, retrieval and search methods, document understanding, knowledge graphs, and agentic frameworks (e.g. Pydantic, LangGraph).
- Expertise in Python , cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) , MLOps , and LLM architectures (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) .
- Proven track record of bringing research to production — you’ve translated novel AI or NLP research into scalable, customer-facing products.
- Research acumen and innovation mindset — whether through publications, patents, or practical breakthroughs, you’ve shown the ability to explore new ideas and create original solutions.
- Experience in software-driven environments , ideally within product-focused or enterprise software companies.
