Skills and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
•Own the delivery of the S/4HANA program across discovery, design, build, test, cutover, and hyper care.
•Establish and run program governance: steering committees, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies), decision logs, status reporting, and KPI dashboards.
•Drive scope, schedule, budget adherence; manage stage-gates and executive approvals.
•Orchestrate System Integrator (SI), SAP, and third-party vendors; enforce delivery quality and SLAs.
•Define and monitor critical path and go-live readiness criteria.
Functional Value Streams (OTC / PTP / RTR)
•Ensure process harmonization and fit-to-standard in OTC, PTP, and RTR, minimizing customizations.
•Oversee design for pricing, ATP, credit, sales billing (OTC); vendor management, sourcing, inventory (PTP); GL, AP/AR, assets, close, consolidation (RTR).
•Align end-to-end processes across SD/MM/FI/CO, including Intercompany, Tax, and Banking/Payments.
Change Management & Training
•Partner with OCM to define change impact assessment, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.
•Drive role-based training, security/Sod design, and super-user network readiness.
•Lead business readiness: org impacts, roles & responsibilities, SOP updates.
Stakeholder & Engagement Management
•Serve as the primary executive-facing leader—communicate status, risks, ROI, benefits, and value realization.
•Align with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and IT leadership.
•Manage and escalate program risks with mitigation strategies and clear decision paths.
Required Qualifications
•Good years of SAP delivery leadership; Good years in Program/Engagement Management for ERP transformations.
•Hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA (preferably Greenfield/Brownfield/Selective Data Transition).
•Deep functional understanding of OTC, PTP, RTR processes with ability to challenge designs and ensure fit-to-standard.
•Proven success managing $5M–$50M+ programs and teams of 50–150+ across SI, client, and partners.
•Strong expertise in governance, budgeting, RAID, stage-gates, and executive reporting.
•Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or IT (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
