Job description
As General Manager of our new Yorkville flagship, you will have full accountability for location performance, staff leadership, client experience, and day-to-day operations. You will be the cornerstone of a revolutionary wellness space, bringing a high-touch, high-performance hospitality experience to every guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Hire, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals and support staff
- Lead by example in fostering a values-driven, high-performance culture
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings
Operations & Performance
- Own location-level KPIs including revenue, client retention, service utilization, and membership growth
- Oversee daily operational rhythms including scheduling, cleanliness, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Implement and optimize SOPs to ensure a seamless guest experience
Client Experience
- Ensure world-class service delivery across our menu of longevity, aesthetics, recovery, and diagnostic services
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Act as a trusted face of the brand for new and returning clients
Business Development
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, event programming, and brand partnerships
- Monitor local competitive trends and adapt offerings to optimize performance
- Activate the space as a hub for influencers, health seekers, and community
You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end wellness, fitness, medspa, hospitality, or retail
- Proven success managing a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A strong understanding of luxury service, wellness trends, and health-conscious clientele
- Operational excellence: you run a space with precision, efficiency, and care
- Business acumen: you’re data-driven, proactive, and know how to hit targets
- Passion for human potential, health optimization, and transformative wellness
Bonus If You Have
- Familiarity with health and wellness services (IV therapy, diagnostics, recovery tech, aesthetic treatments)
- Experience with premium membership models or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of CRM and POS systems (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti, Boulevard)
