Job Role : SAP HR Project Manager
Duration : 18 Months of contract (Need to go 4 days in week onsite)
Location : Toronto, ON
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in Human Resources technology related project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale/institutional wide IT projects.
- Extensive vendor management experience, including:
- Negotiating contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Managing relationships with SAP implementation partners, third-party vendors, and consultants
- Driving accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
- Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, practices and employment legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes, streamlining and improving efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS and HR related systems.
- Past experience managing project budgets.
- Experience related to the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent module, specifically Employee Central (EC), at a company with similar size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning and transformation as well as SAP/SuccessFactors integration and data replication.
- Hands on experience leading testing and UAT phase of project.
SKILLS:
Strong understanding of:
- Data migration and transformation strategies
- SAP Integration Suite and Integration Center for EC and Onboarding
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security compliance Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Project). Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), facilitation, presentation and leadership skills, including:
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in facilitating executive-level presentations, status reporting, and decision-making sessions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a decentralized organization, ensuring alignment across diverse departments and governance structures.
- Creative, self-directed, innovative, results oriented; detail oriented balanced with a big picture perspective.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
