CREATIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Made by Gather is looking for a collaborative Creative Production Coordinator to help our creative services team with ideating/concepting ideas, strategy, timeline, as well as execution for branded photo and video material. This person will also assist creative services with helping maintain the studio, help manage samples and assist with asset delivery. They will help on site/set with photographers, producers, and collaborators/talent to help style and shoot assets. We are looking for a pro-active, collaborative individual who can multi-task and assist with various projects throughout the department as a key member of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist on-site/set with the coordination and shooting of creative assets, including assisting with food styling, prep and clean-up
- Assist with any prep beforehand – including shopping, coordinating equipment, props, samples, shoot list, shoot timelines, etc.
- Assist the team with set-up, including equipment, lighting, food purchasing, and prep
- Own and manage photo and video assets using Bynder (DAM), maintain metadata accuracy and assisting with queuing assets for re-touch and correction
- Support with creative materials and visuals for line sheets or company assets
- Assist with other departmental tasks and special projects
- Manage the end-to-end sample process for creative production —coordinating with Product Development, tracking samples, and maintaining the monday.com board for ordering, receiving, and prep for production
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years’ experience in creative services, food industry or styling experience a plus
- Ability to physically lift/move 10lb to assist with equipment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record multi-tasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active self-starter, disciplined, solution-oriented, and collaborative
- Positive and upbeat personality
- Access to a car is considered a plus
- Full-time on site
- Bachelor’s degree or secondary degree a plus
