Domain Consultants / Senior Business Analysts
Skills required:
1.(Experience on Canadian Retirement Systems) -
2.You will lead business analysis and domain consulting for Canadian retirement products and plans (e.g., RRSP, Group RRSP, DPSP, TFSA, DBDC pensions, RRIFLIF, annuities).
3. Translate Canadian retirement rules into system logic (e.g., RRSP limits, spousal plans, TFSA, RRIFLIF minimums, locking unlocking, DBDC accruals, vesting).
•Domain Consultant Senior Business Analyst Canadian Retirement Finance (Data Modeling Requirements)
•You will lead business analysis and domain consulting for Canadian retirement products and plans (e.g., RRSP, Group RRSP, DPSP, TFSA, DBDC pensions, RRIFLIF, annuities).
•Your focus is to capture clear requirements, design robust data models, and translate complex pension retirement processes into implementable solutions across administration, record keeping, contributions, entitlements, withdrawals, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
•Key Responsibilities Lead workshops, interviews, and BPMNUML process mapping for end-to-end retirement plan flows (enrollment contributions vesting entitlement decumulation reporting).
•Elicit and document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements (availability, performance, data quality, auditability).
•Design conceptual logical physical data models for members, plan, contributions, investments, payroll, transactions, valuations, and tax reporting.
•Translate Canadian retirement rules into system logic (e.g., RRSP limits, spousal plans, TFSA, RRIFLIF minimums, locking unlocking, DBDC accruals, vesting).
•Support actuarial and compliance teams with requirements for valuations, fee structures, disclosures, and client communications.
•Define edge cases (leave, disability, transfers, commutations, small benefit rules, plan wind ups) and ensure coverage.
•Define data quality rules, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling (contribution matching vs payroll, investment allocations, fee postings).
•Specify regulatory and tax reports (T4RSP, T4RIF, NR4, RL statements in Quebec), audit trails, and retention.
•Act as the bridge between business, product, engineering, QA, and vendors drive consensus and sign offs.
•Qualifications in business analysis domain consulting within Retirement pensions wealth (Canada focus preferred).Proven experience in data modeling (conceptual logical physical, ERD) and requirements management (BRDFRD, user stories).Strong understanding of Canadian retirement products (RRSP Group)
