Job Title: Power Platform Solution Architect
Location: Ottawa/Toronto
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to design and build a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) from the ground up. This role will define the strategy, governance frameworks, security standards, and implementation approach needed to support enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the overall Power Platform CoE strategy, roadmap, and governance structure.
Define enterprise frameworks for licensing, service identity, and environment architecture.
Establish a secure security model and service account governance.
Build and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including DevOps pipelines and solution deployment standards.
Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Implement monitoring, auditing, and governance dashboards, leveraging the CoE Starter Kit where applicable.
Ensure all deliverables align with Microsoft best practices and enterprise operational and compliance requirements.
Required Experience
7+ years in solution or enterprise architecture.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Proven experience building or enhancing a Power Platform CoE.
Strong knowledge of governance, security, ALM, DLP, and environment strategy.
Experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for deployment pipelines.
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
Experience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments.
