We’re looking for a Technical Developer who brings a sharp eye for detail, a love of construction, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities - Support the full development life cycle - from early sketches to final samples
- Manage and track samples with accuracy and urgency
- Build and maintain organized, up-to-date Bills of Materials
- Create and update tech packs that clearly communicate design and fit intent
- Assist in live fittings; capture notes, measure garments, and support pattern updates
- Develop and maintain garment specs, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Communicate with overseas and local partners to move development forward
- Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Planning teams
- Help maintain consistency in construction, fit, and quality across the line
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
• 2–7 years of experience in Technical Design or Product Development
• Experience with Gerber or comparable CAD systems
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Solid foundation in garment construction, sewing, and pattern terminology
• Experience creating and fitting tailored, draped, bias-cut, and corseted garments
• Strong understanding of fabric types, including knits and wovens
• Pattern drafting and basic draping skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented approach
• Adaptable to and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative work environment
Bonus Skills (not required but an asset)- Experience with CLO3D
- Ability to speak or read Mandarin or Cantonese
- Familiarity with PLM systems
