About the Project
A new EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain is being built for ultra-low latency, app-specific ordering, high throughput, and privacy. Developed by a proven crypto infrastructure team, this network is designed for builders who demand speed, security, and scalability.
The Role
We’re looking for an iOS Developer experienced in Swift and crypto app development to build the first wave of consumer-facing products on this new blockchain. Your initial focus will be a mobile-first decentralized exchange (DEX) , which will serve as the flagship application of the ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for the complete iOS experience — from wallet connection and transaction signing to trading and portfolio tracking. This is a foundational role that will define how users interact with the ecosystem’s products across mobile. Once the DEX is live, you’ll help build additional consumer-facing dApps such as liquidity and yield platforms, marketplaces, and wallets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and release the iOS app for the decentralized exchange.
- Integrate with APIs and smart contracts for trading, token balances, and on-chain data.
- Implement wallet connection standards such as WalletConnect and ensure secure transaction handling.
- Collaborate closely with blockchain, backend, and product teams to build fast, secure, and intuitive experiences.
- Define reusable mobile SDKs and UI components to support future applications.
- Optimize app performance, implement analytics and monitoring, and manage App Store releases.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience building native iOS applications in Swift.
- Proven experience integrating crypto or Web3 functionality such as wallets, swaps, or token tracking.
- Strong understanding of mobile networking (REST/GraphQL), asynchronous operations, and secure data storage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with backend and blockchain engineers.
- Attention to UX details, especially around clarity, security, and usability in crypto applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SwiftUI and modern iOS architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with DEX or DeFi product design and transaction flows.
- Background in blockchain ecosystems.
- Contributions to open-source SDKs or crypto-related projects.
