Senior Digital Project Manager – MarTech
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days/week on site at client locations in downtown Toronto
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, MarTech to join the team. You’ll be the day‑to‑day delivery lead across complex MarTech initiatives, including marketing platform migrations, new platform stand‑ups, integrations, and ongoing optimization programs. This role will lead the management of multiple projects, across multiple brands or clients.
You’ll coordinate weekly resourcing for MarTech engagements, keep large projects moving end‑to‑end, and act as the primary, on‑the‑ground contact for client stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Client Communication
- Identify potential growth opportunities within accounts in partnership with account leads.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day front‑facing contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
- Provide clear, consistent status reporting and facilitate alignment across client and internal teams.
Planning
- Translate client goals and requirements into clear roadmaps, project plans, and backlogs.
- Balance scope & timelines, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Drive change requests for any scope, timeline, or budget changes and secure approvals.
- Anticipate demand and surface resourcing risks early (capacity gaps, skill gaps, conflicting priorities).
Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex MarTech projects like platform migrations, platform stand‑ups, multi‑system integrations (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Microsoft Dnyamics 365).
- Coordinate weekly resourcing for engagements, partnering with Ops and discipline leads.
- Run delivery calls (planning, stand‑ups, demos, retros).
- Maintain documentation hubs and decision tracking.

What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital/technology delivery, with strong MarTech exposure (marketing automation, CDP, CRM, analytics, personalization, or similar).
- Have a deep background and understanding of technical platforms/programs
- Proven experience leading large, complex initiatives such as platform implementations, migrations, or multi‑workstream programs.
- Strong fundamentals in scope, schedule, risk and quality.
- Experience working closely with development, data and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in environments with incomplete information and evolving client needs.
