As an Azure Databricks Developer , you will design, develop, and maintain solutions using Databricks SQL, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects in a hybrid work environment. Leveraging your 8 to 12 years of experience, you will ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This role offers day shifts with no travel required.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain scalable data processing solutions using Databricks SQL and PySpark to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows using Databricks Workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability ensuring data accuracy and availability for stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity enhancing the overall value of the companys data assets.
- Collaborate with domain experts in Cards and Payments to develop solutions that meet industry-specific needs and challenges.
- Support the deployment of data solutions in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
