The Dealer Org Contract Specialist / Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Dealer Organization Manager and the Dealer Organization Group with a focus on contracts, proposals and administrative support.
Dealer Organization Contract Specialist - Support
- Complete ad-hoc Dealer Organization projects as required
- Work with a high level of confidential information
- Administer GM Canada policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of various projects and reports, as required
- Maintain technical expertise and procedural knowledge
- Keep supervisor advised of work in progress
- Assume operational assignments as needed
Administrative Assistant
- Responsible for assisting Dealer Org Manager with Regional Roundtable Meetings and assisting with Executive Roundtable Meetings
- Support Regional Director in calendar scheduling as needed
- Responsible for completion of monthly expense reports for the Regional Director
- Support Regional Department Heads with ad-hoc projects and administrative activities
- Single point of contact for Central Region Office Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Post Secondary Education required, Diploma in Business Administration an asset
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Attention to Detail and very organized
- Ability to organize, plan and document tasks
- Analytical ability where problems are somewhat complex
- Proficient in advanced levels of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access and SAP
- Successful candidates will be required to attest to, and be prepared to provide proof of, their vaccination status and that any job offer will be conditional on the candidate being fully vaccinated.
