About the Role
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and endorsed Avionics Maintenance Engineer (AME E) to support base/heavy maintenance operations on the Boeing 737NG and 737 MAX fleet. This contract offers excellent pay, flexible shifts, and full travel and accommodation coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform, inspect, and certify avionics maintenance and modifications on Boeing 737NG and MAX aircraft.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test aircraft electrical and electronic systems, components, and wiring in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Support heavy maintenance checks, ensuring all work meets Transport Canada and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and ensure proper use and care of tooling and test equipment.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure efficient workflow and minimal aircraft downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must hold a Valid AME E License
- Endorsements on Boeing 737NG/737 MAX (mandatory)
- Strong experience in base/heavy maintenance environments
- Must provide own tooling
- Able to work independently as an independent contractor
- Flexible to work variable shifts
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel as required
