Are you an Atlassian expert with hands-on experience in IT Service Management? We’re looking for a talented ITSM professional to join a dynamic, high-impact team and take full ownership of their Jira Service Management, Jira, and Confluence environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto (with flexibility) and initially a 12-month contract, but there’s strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and provide technical support for Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products and add-ons
- Implement and maintain ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, asset, and service configuration management
- Maintain the CMDB, Service Catalogue, and Knowledge Base
- Lead automation and integration initiatives, including Microsoft Teams and other tools
- Manage licensing and collaborate with the Atlassian relationship manager
- Support CAB meetings and disaster recovery exercises when required
- Train users and develop documentation for ITSM tools and processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence) in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL processes
- Experience providing technical support, implementation, and configuration of ITSM tools
- Bonus: ITIL Foundation, AWS Practitioner, scripting or automation experience
- Ability to work independently in a small, high-impact team and lead by example
