Skills and Responsibilities:
• UX and UI development for web applications built on Salesforce
• Experience cloud platform Business requirements discussion, conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing.
• Experience with design software such as Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
