IT Applications Analyst
The IT Applications Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s core business applications (CRM, ERP, Quoting Software, and other critical tools). This role ensures that applications run smoothly, are well-integrated with other systems, and fully support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and provide support for core business applications ( CRM, ERP, Quoting Software ).
- Monitor application performance and backend functionality to ensure availability and stability.
- Manage and support system integrations between business applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve software-related issues.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application improvements or configurations.
- Test and validate changes, updates, and new modules before production release.
- Create documentation of configurations, workflows, and implementation.
- User manuals for all business applications.
- Maintain data integrity through validation, cleaning, and monitoring activities.
- Support projects involving application implementation, migration, or upgrades.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in the administration and support of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) .
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (queries, reporting, basic maintenance).
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows .
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and change management processes.
- Preferred: experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, or similar).
- Preferred: basic knowledge of programming or scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users .
- Analytical thinking to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills .
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency and optimization .
Education and Experience
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in application support and analysis.
- Valuable certifications: ITIL, SQL, BI tools, Agile, PMP .
