INTERMEDIATE DESKSIDE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Deskside Resource to provide on-site IT support. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills, as the resource will be the sole IT presence in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the only on-site IT professional, requiring a high degree of independence and problem-solving.
- Provide deskside support for all local IT-related issues.
- Manage daily IT operations and follow established instructions and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service during all user interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an intermediate desktop resource.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a workload independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stand on own and follow instructions precisely.
Most competitive hourly rate
3 month contract to start
3 days/week in office (Hanover)
