Provide administrative & operational support to the Project Managers & project team for assigned projects.
Role Requirements & Expectations
- Strong project management abilities, particularly in tracking milestones and ensuring timely progress.
- Excellent Excel skills, including creating logs, tracking items, and managing project data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable taking meeting minutes and preparing submissions.
- Good professional correspondence skills and ability to communicate clearly.
- High computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Experience in administrative support, with an expanded scope due to project tracking responsibilities.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is highly valued, as much of the work and data organization occurs there.
- Ability to coordinate deliverables, manage customer correspondence, and maintain accurate logs.
- A good level of French is preferred but not mandatory; strong English proficiency is required.
- Industry background in railways is helpful but not required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to using computer tools are essential
Skills:
- English speaking mandatory. Good level of French desirable.

Education:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
