We are assembling our leadership team to lead product commercialization and fintech service innovation as we scale across Canada, South Asia, the UK, the UAE, and the EU.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Product & Business Innovation Lead , you will be the primary driver of fintech service creation and product evolution across consumer and business segments.
You’ll blend business insight, customer discovery, creative thinking, and technical collaboration to design and launch financial services that solve real-world problems for global users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation of fintech services for individuals and businesses — from ideation to MVP launch to scaling.
- Shape and own GlobPay’s product roadmap , defining which services we build, launch, and expand.
- Drive the development of:
- Cross-border remittance and payment solutions
- SME collections & payouts
- FX tools and multi-currency accounts
- Merchant and payroll payment products
- Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to refine the user experience and product performance continuously.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure high-quality, compliant fintech delivery.
- Establish and optimize the product discovery and delivery process as GlobPay scales.
- Act as a true startup builder — defining product culture and best practices at the company’s earliest stage.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a pragmatic fintech operator who has hands-on experience bringing complex products to market and is excited to build services that move real money and power real businesses.
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, banking, or financial platforms.
- A proven track record of taking technical or financial products from concept to launch .
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using metrics, testing, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Deep user empathy for both:
- Individuals using remittance and wallet solutions
- Businesses requiring payments, FX, payroll, and collections tools
- Ability to balance strategy with execution in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and operations.
- Clear communicator comfortable explaining complex financial products to diverse audiences.
Bonus Points
- Experience building or scaling fintech startups.
- Familiarity with global payments, remittances, digital wallets, FX platforms, or B2B payment systems .
- Experience working across international corridors (Canada, South Asia, UK, UAE, EU).
- Past exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven product development.
