Customer Service / Customer Experience Rep
- This person will handle all incoming customer communication for the company: phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and review responses.
- They’ll also help us respond to Google reviews and deal with disgruntled customers in a way that protects the brand and makes the customer feel taken care of.
