What You’ll Do:
- Manage and enhance our SPC program to improve product quality and eliminate waste
- Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone tools
- Deliver training on SPC methods to production and quality teams
- Drive corrective actions for product/process nonconformities
- Maintain and update PFMEA documents, control plans, and quality documentation
- Visit customers to resolve quality issues and promote a proactive quality culture
- Conduct audits and support compliance with internal and external standards
- Support our Quality Improvement Plan to boost consistency and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- University degree in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of SPC and quality tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs
- Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Internal Auditor certification
- CQE preferred
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
