Inkeros is looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the technical vision and development of our evolving SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the architecture, drive innovation, and ensure our platform remains scalable, secure, and exceptional for our users.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of our SaaS platform using Python , Django , and GCP .
- Architect and maintain data pipelines for efficient ELT/ETL processes, applying strong data science and analysis skills.
- Build and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud , including PostgreSQL schemas, API integrations, and containerization ( Docker , Kubernetes ).
- Champion engineering best practices—security, performance optimization, and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in development, UX/UI, and product to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve developer efficiency and platform reliability.
- Design and implement BI dashboards and data visualizations to extract insight from platform data.
- Stay current on AI/ML advancements and explore opportunities to integrate them into the platform.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
📌 What You Bring
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
- Deep expertise with Python and Django .
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on GCP .
- Strong background in data science, data analysis, and ELT/ETL design.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns.
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
