We’re looking for a CRO & A/B Testing Program Manager to run, coordinate, and oversee the full experimentation program across multiple 6–9 figure DTC brands.
You don’t need to write copy.
You don’t need to design or develop.
You don’t need to be the strategist.
But you must understand CRO workflows, experimentation cycles, prioritization, bottlenecks, and the internal machinery required to run multiple tests across multiple brands, without chaos, delays, or things slipping through the cracks.
You’ll work closely with the Senior CRO Strategist, project manager, designers, developers, Replo builders, data analyst, QA, and content teams to ensure every experiment moves from idea → setup → launch → analysis → rollout smoothly and on schedule.
This is the person who keeps the CRO engine running clean, fast, and consistently.
As the CRO & A/B Testing Program Manager , you will manage the entire testing pipeline:
- experiment organization
- prioritization alignment
- test documentation
- workflow coordination
- setup oversight
- QA collaboration
- launch scheduling
- post-test follow-through
- communication between all teams
You are the operational driver of our experimentation program.
Your job is simple:
👉 Ensure every test gets planned, built, launched, tracked, analyzed, and implemented, correctly and on time.
What You Will Do:
Own the Entire Experimentation Pipeline
- Maintain the master testing roadmap for each brand
- Track test status from idea → dev → QA → launch → analysis
- Ensure all tests have proper documentation, assets, specs, and instructions
- Align with the Senior CRO Strategist on priorities and timelines
Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with:
- Strategists (hypotheses, priorities, logic)
- Designers (variants, assets, UX changes)
- Copywriters (messaging updates)
- Replo builders (variant builds)
- Developers (logic changes, themes, custom code)
- QA (variant checks, flows, performance)
- Data Analyst (tracking, reporting, insights)
- PM (overall client coordination)
You ensure everyone knows what’s needed, when, and from whom .
Project Management for A/B Tests
- Track deadlines and deliverables
- Follow up proactively with each team
- Prevent delays, confusion, or misalignment
- Ensure assets are uploaded, logic is correct, and flows make sense
- Keep everything moving, no stuck tests, no silent blockers
You are the glue that makes experimentation scalable
4. Pre-Launch QA Oversight
You won’t do technical QA yourself, but you will ensure:
- the QA team knows what to check
- the Replo/Shopify specialist finalizes variant setups
- tracking and logic are ready
- final assets and copy are correct
- everyone signs off before launch
You facilitate clean launches every time.
5. Post-Test Cycle Management
- Ensure data analyst delivers analysis on time
- Document wins, losses, and insights
- Update testing archives
- Coordinate implementation of winning variants
- Prepare next-test recommendations with strategist
You close the loop nothing dies in “pending.”
6. Maintain CRO Documentation & Testing Systems
- Keep Notion dashboards organized
- Update experiment documentation templates
- Maintain testing SOPs & workflows
- Ensure every brand has clear visibility and clean structure
- Make the entire process repeatable and scalable
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Strong background in project management, operations, or experimentation workflows
- Experience in DTC, CRO, A/B testing, or conversion-driven environments
- Deep understanding of how CRO teams function (even if not a strategist)
- Familiar with Shopify, landing pages, design/dev workflows
- Comfortable with analytics terminology (CVR, AOV, RPV, etc.)
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
