Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Cyber & AI Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of technology transformation initiatives. This role serves as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure Data, AI, and Cybersecurity projects deliver measurable value across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years as an IT Business Analyst with experience in data, AI, and cybersecurity projects
- Proven ability to operate within large, complex enterprises and navigate ambiguous environments
- Experience managing project backlogs and prioritizing initiatives for execution
- Strong capability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Privilege Access Management
- Firewall configuration and rule centralization
- Knowledge of AI and data governance policies
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ad-hoc tasks, and shifting priorities
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including working flexibly outside standard hours to coordinate with international teams
