Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions, has a strong technical foundation, and excels in collaborative environments. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data products and AI-powered applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, Front-End Developers, and ML Engineers—to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
Now, if you were to come on board as our AI Engineer, we’d ask you to do the following:
· Develop and maintain scalable AI applications from concept to deployment;
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
· Architect and implement efficient and reusable AI systems;
· Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices;
· Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members;
· Staying up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Think you have what it takes to be our AI Engineer? Here’s how we’ll know:
· Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience);
· Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings;
· 2+ years of experience developing AI / data products in a hands-on capacity;
· Proficiency in the modern data science stack (Python, NumPy, pandas);
· Strong cloud engineering skills and ample experience taking AI ideas to production;
· Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehouses;
· Familiarity with RESTful APIs;
· Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies;
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in relaying complex concepts to non-technical users.
