Our client, a global leader in automotive parts manufacturing, is currently seeking a Material Analyst for their Vaughan-area facility .

Minimum Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment while being employed as a materials or inventory analyst (or similar)
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP scheduling systems
- Experience with automotive EDI Programs like DDL, Smart, Supply Power, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels for assigned part numbers in a JIT environment
- Conduct and analyze cycle counts
- Ensure integrity of inventory listed in ERP system
- Resolve discrepancies in purchased and finished goods inventory
- Expedite purchased components, packaging, and subcontracted items to support production
