Role Description
You will assist the lens SURFACING team as an Optical Lens Maker Technician for an overnight , full-time role based in Scarborough, ON. Precise start and end times are flexible and negotiable. Typical shift is from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
This position involves operating and maintaining specialized lens processing equipment , adhering to precise specifications, quality control processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of overnight lab operations.
- Other lens processing activities may include: de-boxing, taping, Blocking, surface generation, polishing, Laser marking, de-blocking, spin-coat, clean up and tray transport

Qualifications
- experience operating and maintaining lens processing equipment. Specifically, optical generators.
- English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for working with machines
- High School - Required
