Title: Junior Quantitative Developer

Salary: Up to $160,000 CAD + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity:
Our clients are looking for a curious, driven developer to help build cutting-edge tools at the core of their front office technology. You’ll work closely with traders and quants to develop Python-based systems that power real-time risk analysis and decision-making across the business.
Your Responsibilities (Full Spec. Available):
- Build scalable, high-performance risk and pricing components in Python;
- Collaborate with quants and traders to bring new risk analytics to life;
- Help shape the architecture of a unified front office risk platform.
Who You Are:
- Strong compsci fundamentals (degree ideally but not essential) and 2-5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong Python programming skills and clean coding habits;
- An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about markets and trading;
- Interest in solving challenging technical and mathematical problems;
- Personality!
