Role Overview
The Lead Administrator will manage and maintain Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration for PowerCenter (CDI-PC) environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role blends traditional ETL administration with modern cloud integration expertise to support enterprise data workflows. The Candiate preferred to have Informatica IDMC Experience as well.
Key Responsibilities
• Environment Management
o Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica PowerCenter and CDI-PC components.
o Manage domains: registration, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Performance & Optimization
o Conduct performance tuning for ETL workflows and integration services.
o Implement proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
• Security & Compliance
o Administer user roles, privileges, and security policies.
o Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• ETL Process Support
o Provide operational support for ETL processes across on-prem and cloud environments.
o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
• Cloud Integration
o Manage IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) components for CDI-PC.
o Support hybrid data integration strategies.
• Automation & Scripting
o Develop scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
o Implement scheduling and orchestration for ETL jobs.
• Technical Expertise
o Strong SQL and database administration skills.
o Knowledge of BCI Listener, ODP Connector, and OS-level administration.
• Collaboration
o Work closely with development teams, DBAs, and cloud architects to ensure seamless data flow.
• IDMC Admin Experience :
o IDMC Secure Agent Setup & Management
o CI/CD for Asset Migration & Deployment
o Connector Configuration & Validation
o Security Management in IDMC
o Multi-Environment Setup (Dev/QA/SIT/UAT/Prod)
o Monitoring & Troubleshooting of IDMC Components

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 8+ years in Informatica administration, with at least 3 years in CDI-PC/IDMC.
• Technical Skills:
o Informatica PowerCenter and CDI-PC administration.
o IDMC Administrator experience
o Domain and repository management.
o Performance tuning and troubleshooting.
o SQL and relational database expertise.
o OS-level scripting (Linux/Unix).
• Additional Knowledge:
o BCI Listener and ODP Connector.
o Cloud integration concepts and hybrid architectures.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Informatica Certified Professional (PowerCenter and/or Cloud).
• Experience with automation tools and DevOps practices.
