Insight Global is seeking a Digital Analytics Consultant to help shape a leading bank’s digital personalization strategy. This role will design and implement measurement solutions for Single Page Applications (SPAs) and Mobile Apps , while supporting advanced use cases for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) .
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and validate tracking for SPAs and mobile apps.
- Define data layers and campaign tracking aligned with KPIs.
- Execute A/B tests, analyze funnels, and build dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams on tagging and personalization strategies.
- Ensure data quality using statistical methods and modeling.
- Present insights and advocate for analytics best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics .
- 1–3 years experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) .
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools and personalization frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Developer background with languages such as JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R .
- Experience with legacy data systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with MarTech integrations.
- Knowledge of ObservePoint for tag auditing.
