Job Title: Inventory AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments. The role involves preparing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of goods.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders, including labeling, palletizing, and coordinating with carriers.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Team.
- Assist with inventory put away, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain accurate records.
- Support warehouse team members in daily operations, including picking, packing, and staging orders.
- Maintain workflow efficiency to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety policies and lean practices.
- Document maintenance and supply levels for shipping tools and equipment.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Essential Skills- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management and shipping/receiving.
- Warehouse experience.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, including Netsuite.
- Familiarity with operating a reach truck.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Netsuite is an advantage.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is clean and organized, with a small supportive team. Employees receive hands-on training. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with an unpaid break.
