About TPS
Trusted Pool Service (TPS) is a fast-growing commercial pool maintenance and repair company serving Class A & B facilities. We’re building a professional, ethical, and modern service operation — and we’re looking for motivated people to help us grow.
Position Overview
This role starts as commission only, ideal for someone driven, confident, and motivated by performance-based earnings. As you close new commercial accounts and help grow the business, you will transition into a full salaried role with full benefits, including health, retirement contributions, PTO, and more.
If you’re hungry, ambitious, and great with people, this is the fastest path into a long-term career with TPS.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, contact, and qualify new commercial pool clients
- Set meetings, conduct walkthroughs, and present service proposals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with management to tailor service plans
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Represent TPS with professionalism, honesty, and confidence
- Help build the company’s local market presence
