We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Redwood Dental Centre in Thunder Bay, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by delivering top-notch dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction through your expertise and compassionate approach.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment plans
* Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and surgical
* Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care
* Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry
* Manage patient appointments and follow-up care
* Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
* Valid dental license in Canada
* Strong understanding of medical terminology and pediatric dentistry
* Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
